An A to Z of what families need to know

We put huge emphasis on our Kids Club Service. It means that you don’t have to bring everything with you from home, and can therefore travel unencumbered. The rest of your holiday should be as simple as relaxing as possible!

Children’s inventories available in the hotel (upon request and subject to availability):

Audio baby-monitor, baby light, cot, baby bath including a thermometer, baby bottle sterilising machine
All year round: Prams and pushchairs with a BuggyBoard, baby carrier
During winter: Sledges, children’s sledges, baby sledges, snowracers, saucer sledges
During summer: Mountain bikes for the whole family are available from our sports partner at affordable rental rates
Micro-scooters in the Kids Club upon request

Supervision times and conditions:

Child supervision slots can either last for a whole day or just part of a day. Within the opening times of the Kids Club, start and finish times are flexible. Please keep in mind the opening times and the general terms and conditions.

Infrastructure of the Kids Club GoSulino

We attach great importance to a small but refined infrastructure
All toys are in excellent condition
When making new purchases, emphasis is also placed during the shopping process on sustainability. If possible, we buy items manufactured here in Switzerland, which are made from sustainable materials.
Kids Club GoSulino has at its disposal at large children’s playroom which is illuminated by natural daylight, a wide range of games and toys and a huge number of interesting opportunities for amusement.
A second playroom for older children with table tennis, table football, air hockey and a pool table.

In winter, the GoSulino Winter Park can be found just nextdoor to the Kids Club, offering (depending on snow conditions):

A tubing slope
An adventure tunnel
A sledging slope and
Mini Swiss bobsleigh course

In summer, children can find many fun things to do in the Gletschergarten, such as:

Minigolf
Children playground
Badminton and much more

Meal times for children and babies:

Allergy and vegetarian requirements: Our head chef, Steven Schuster, is happy to prepare meals upon request - we ask only that you submit your requests far enough in advance!

Kids Club - Activity programme - Meal times:

Children’s lunchtime takes place every day at midday, with freshly prepared seasonal and regional baby purees, healthy snacks and drinks (no milk formulas), as well as lots of warm-hearted fun.
Daily activity programme and optional 2-course evening meal at 6pm in the dining room
Important! If you would like your child to have an evening meal at 6pm (and not together with the adults at 7pm), please make a reservation by 10am on the respective day at the latest at the Kids Club

Family Winter Ski Shuttle Service

For safety reasons, the staff at the Kids Club GoSulino are not permitted to take children to the ski school, or to pick them up from there
Please bear in mind the timetable for the ski shuttle >>>, which in approximately just 7 minutes can take you free of charge to the ski area in the village, which is also the assembly point for the ski school and hosts the training ground for the children’s ski school, as well as The Larix Hotel with its free ski depot
For children under 5, the ski school finishes at 11.30am. If desired by the parents, a ski bus can be organised for 11.45am - please enquire at the KidsClub!
