The Panoramahotel Alphubel has 34 beautifully redesigned rooms. You can choose from four single rooms and 30 double rooms – including eight family rooms that each have a connecting door to a separate children’s room.
Thanks to our excellent situation high above the valley, our south-facing rooms with large sunny balconies offer you the most spectacular panoramic views over Saas-Fee and the breathtaking glacial landscape – especially in the morning, when the first rays of sunlight paint our numerous lofty peaks a gentle pink. All rooms are non-smoking and are equipped to modern, comfortable three-star standards. To ensure an all-round relaxing holiday we also provide our guests with a safe, flatscreen TV, mini-bar, free internet access throughout the hotel, a direct dial telephone, and a baby monitor, if required.
Our cosy Gottfried Supersaxo Senior salon features artistic wooden furniture, lovingly produced by hand by Gottfried Supersaxo Sr. in his carpentry workshop. Hanging on the salon walls are old paintings that bear fascinating witness to Saas Valley’s pioneering days in Alpine tourism. You can also peruse the collection of books and board games, which you can borrow free of charge throughout your stay.
You are guaranteed a very warm welcome in our lobby, which is much more than a place for simply checking in and out – it is your personal information centre. Here, you can find out everything you need to know to make your stay in the Free Republic of Holidays even more enjoyable. You can also find everything from adapters to sewing kits to plasters – we even have replacement toothbrushes in case you left yours back home. Our reception staff can also provide you with detailed information about the daily entertainments programme.
The Alphubel is an oasis of calm and relaxation. Our panorama garden and our sun terrace with a view of 13 peaks over 4,000 metres high offer you a sunny place to sit back and relax while breathing in the incredibly revitalising mountain air. Thanks to Saas-Fee’s no-car policy the air is so pure here it is known as the “Champagne of airs”!
